

Lila Quartermaine’s (Anna Lee) first husband Crane Tolliver (Wiley Harker) came to town and killed Susan. Alan Quartermaine (Stuart Damon) was now divorced from both Monica (Leslie Charleson) and Susan Moore (Gail Ramsey). She lost the baby, but she and Robert fell in love, so Luke’s surprise return threw them into a love triangle. When Luke was thought dead in an avalanche, Holly realized she was pregnant, so Robert married her. Luke and grifter Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) had a one night stand. On the run, their romance blossomed but when they returned Luke left her so she could be with her husband Scott. Luke was thought dead but he and Laura skipped Port Charles. At their wedding Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) realized Luke had raped his wife and threw him overboard. Mob boss Frank Smith’s (Mitchell Ryan) daughter Jennifer Smith (Lisa Marie) liked Luke and Frank pressured him to propose.
